I think that the person who stole Dr. Ellis's parrot sent the parrot to the pet store in Florida because the person thought the parrot was real and the parrot was playing dead. The parrot lived with all the other parrots at the store. The person that worked at the store thought that the parrot was acting odd, the person who sent the parrot to the store cajoled the worker of thinking that he was acting just fine. All the other parrots just stared at the parrot. The worker knew that the parrot wasn't real because he never moved.
